Meghan & Michael’s Wonderful Note

"Dear Cathy (and Sean!). I wanted to say thank you so very much for all of the wonderful photos you took at the wedding, the rehearsal and the engagement session. You both captured some amazing moments and I'm so thankful to have such a perfect record of the day... I can't say it enough - thank you, thank you thank you for being such fun to work with (even though I hate having my photo taken:) and for giving us such wonderful photos. Meghan and Michael were married Friday, September 25 at the Denver Botanic Gardens. Their ceremony was held in the All-American Selection Garden and aftewards I photographed Meghan and Michael in other areas of the garden. Meghan and Michael traveled by limo to their reception at the Denver Museum of Nature and Science. I love quite moment with the two of them in the limo. One of Meghan and Michael passions are legos and their centerpieces were lego dioramas complete with dinosaurs and archeologists. They also share a love for Karaoke. After dinner they opened up the mic for their guests. Hearing the performances by some of their guests was as much fun as taking the pictures. It made me wish I had a video camera in my bag. is on newsstands now and we're pleased as punch to see that editors selected Liz and Andy's wedding at the Denver Botanic Gardens for a Real Weddings feature in the magazine. Below is the page with our photographs and Liz'sdescription of their day:"We actually forgot to arrange for music, but we didn't miss it," says Liz. Instead, the father of the bride played an impromptu jazz tune on the Boettcher Mansion's grand piano so that they could could perform an official first dance.What is especially nice is that Liz and Andy had a very small wedding and they were featured right alongside larger, more extravagant weddings. It just goes to show that any wedding can be done well, and done well without maxing out the credit card!
