Jake's Bar Mitzvah was held at Temple Shalom on November 20, 2010. I photographed the rehearsal the day before the ceremony and then the family reception and party at the Fine Arts Center after the ceremony. I've known Jake ever since I photographed Jill and Josh's wedding, his aunt and uncle, at the Broadmoor in 2006. It was an honor to be invited to another family event, his Bar Mitzvah. I love this picture of Jake and his little brother Max with the Torah at the rehearsal. Maggie of Celebrations by Maggie helped with day-of coordination at the Fine Arts Center and Jean-Marie of Jean-Marie Designs had some really fun center pieces accompanied by personalized art from Bill Crowley. Laser Sound provided the music and some of the games for the Jake and his friends.A big thank you to the Sherman family for once again inviting me to be a part of a great family moment! — Sean

Michelle and Mark were married Saturday, October 9, 2010 at the Broadmoor Hotel. Michelle and Mark planned a destination wedding with help from Maggie of Celebrations by Maggie for a small group of friends and family. Judge Jim Patterson officiated their ceremony outside on the Lakeside Terrace on a perfect fall afternoon. Liz of Ambience Florals did a beautiful job with flowers and decor. Michelle and Mark decided to see each other before the ceremony which worked out perfectly. They were able to enjoy the cocktail hour at sunset on the terrace with their guests. Paige and Mark were married Saturday, September 25, 2010 at the Broadmoor Hotel. Paige and Mark were married on the Broadmoor's West Lawn in the late afternoon. The West Lawn is tucked away in a corner of the resort that is always private. Paige and Mark's reception dinner was held in the Ross Room above the golf club. Before dinner Paige and Mark enjoyed cocktails at sunset outside with spectacular views of the East course and Cheyenne Mountain. Maggie of Celebrations by Maggie helped to plan their wedding day and David with Design Works did an awesome job with their flowers.
