St. Paul Catholic Church Wedding : Christina & Jeremy

Christina and Jeremy were married Friday, June 11, 2010. Even in a dramatic cathedral like St. Paul there were many personal and intimate moments during their ceremony. We also got a little lucky at Hillside Gardens where they hosted their reception. We dodged a nasty rainstorm that came through just as we arrived and made some great pictures around the grounds. I love this picture of Christina and Jeremy in front of the hen house with real chickens! Thank you Christina and Jeremy for inviting me to photograph your wedding! – Cathy
I photographed Christina and Jeremy's wedding at 
Jennifer and Mathew were married at St. Paul Catholic Church next door to the Broadmoor Hotel where their wedding reception was held in the Lake Terrace ballroom. There is not enough room here to show all of the wonderful photographs we made. Before their wedding I photographed Jennifer getting ready in her Lakeside suite. After their ceremony Jennifer and Mathew returned to the hotel in a horse and carriage. It's always a romantic moment to see the couple depart the church in a horse and carriage. We were fortunate that the weather was dry. They took some extra time to enjoy their ride around the Broadmoor grounds.Their wedding was mix of two traditions. Mathew's family is from India and Jen's family is from Poland. They decided on the Broadmoor Hotel because Colorado Springs is where Jennifer grew up. Their wedding was planned as a weekend affair with events that included a rehearsal dinner at the Garden of the Gods Club and a brunch at the Cheyenne Mountain Resort. It was a really wonderful weekend. Events were coordinated by Maggie Moran of Celebrations by Maggie and flowers were provided by the Design Works. Jennifer and Mathew were fantastic. Their sense of style and family tradition made their wedding fun and unique to them. — Sean
